Q. How much does delivery cost?

A. For most addresses in Auckland, delivery is included in the cost of hire. If applicable, we will advise you of any delivery fees before your booking is confirmed.

Q. Do I have to Pay a deposit?

A. No, payment upon delivery is acceptable.

Q. What do i do if i want to cancel my booking?

A. Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your booking time if you wish to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking time will incur a 50% fee.

Q. what if it’s raining?

A. Because all our castles are commercial grade showers and light rain is fine with our castles however if its heavy and constant rain we will cancel free of charge.
