PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PERSONS USING BOUNCY CASTLEs DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK

The person/s or organisation hiring this inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from, or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times. 

Cheap Castle Company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely; however, accidents can happen. Cheap Castle Company can accept no liability for injuries sustained, or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of the negligence of Cheap Castle Company or its employees. As the equipment will be in the hirer’s possession and control whilst in use, rather than Cheap Castle Company, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended that the hirer has adequate public liability insurance covering his or her liability arising from the use of the inflatable. 

Careless damage or theft

The hirer of the castle must immediately notify Cheap Castle Company of any damage or negligence caused to the castle, by phone.

If there is negligence or damage to the bouncy castle and/or any of the supporting equipment during the time of hire, the person hiring the castle will be liable for the cost of repairs ($350.00) or replacement (each castle is worth $3,000 to $4,000).

If the hired bouncy castle is not available/present at the scheduled time of pick up, the hirer of the castle will be held liable for theft.

Cleaning The castle must be left clean, tidy, and in the same condition in which it was set up. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $100.00 cleaning fee. If the castle has markings on it such as food/drink stains, pen/vivid, or chewing gum, an additional charge will be applied to cover the commercial removal of such markings.
